Condolence & Memory Journal

Dear Tag, Sal and Maria,
We are so sorry to hear of the passing of your beautiful wife (and mother). We have only good memories of her. She was such a fun person! She was always thinking up some way to make people laugh and smile. I know that we have lost contact over the years, but we never forgot the fun times that we had with you and Connie. We remember our favorite "babysitters" (Maria & Salvy) too. Miss you all.

Dear Tag, Sal, Ria and family: We were so sorry to hear of cousin Connie's passing. My mother, Aunt Madeline, often spoke of her; she was very fond of her. We will remember her beautiful smile and caring eyes but especially her fun and giving spirit. Our love to all the family.

Dear Tag, We are so sorry for your loss of dear Connie. We will always remember her welcome when we first moved in. She made us feel like we had come "home", even if we could never replace the McLaughlins or her special friendship with Carol. She was a bright light, indefatigable, and always had a joke or a secret if you were lucky enough for her to share it with you. What an honor to have known her. Our love and prayers are with you and your family.

Dear Tag and Family, our heartfelt prayers are with you all in these tough times. Connie was a wonderful person with such a vibrant and lovely personality. I know she was such a big part of Jen and the McLaughlin's lives and she will be greatly missed. In the few years I knew her she made such an impression on me that I will cherish her memory and the liveliness she brought to everything. I found all the pictures I could of all those memories and you are welcome to find them here (hope it works).

Love Always,

Michael and Jennifer Miller

Sal and Ria....We are so sorry you have lost Connie. It feels like we've lost her too, through our lifelong friendship (and caring) for you all. She was one of the moms who helped me through adolescence and beyond. God uphold you and Tag, give you the peace of knowing she is at peace now.
Be kind and support each other always.

She was the life of the party and a devoted family person. Her spunky flair for work or for people helped brighten The Plans And Records Room on the sixth floor in Boston whether it was in Room 6500 or 6262 she was full of life. She was very organized and she knew exactly what she wanted which was to become a manager. I am deeply saddened by her death and I know now that she is with her friends in heaven especially her brother who died in 1989. The last time I called her was about Raymond's death. Sadly she never received my call because she had gone to bed.She was a wonderful person and good person for moral values. She will be missed by her co-workers and from everyone who worked at Ten Park Plaza in Boston.
I feel for her husband,Vincent who must have had the toughest time. I send my deepest condolences to Vincent and the entire family. May she watch over us and guide us to the promise land and a better life for all. Amen.

Dear Family, our thoughts and prayers are with all of you at this time. Fond Memories of Connie. When we were with Connie, she would ask us where we were from. When we replied, Worcester, she would exclaim, Worcester "Magorie", and then tell us all about her father working in Worcester. She would then invite us to stay with her and Tag at their beautiful home at the Cape.

Maria, again all the McDevitt's are very sorry about the loss of your mother. I remember when she was on Bosworth on vacation and she was on our porch talking to my mother and us kids were playing with Vinnie and took him to the park. While we were their it rained so we came back and my mom invited Connie and Vinnie in for lunch, and my mom got a couple recipes from her, and she spent the afternoon there. My mom and her had a great time laughing and talking, and my mother brought up that day several times after as "her day with Connie" and what a nice day that was. She will be missed by all of you.
